Mirrotone

Drop in a vocal you love and your own dry take. Mirrotone listens to both, tells you what's different, and builds an FL Studio chain to close the gap.

Real Mirrotone output: these chains were built and rendered by the app. The voices are AI demo voices. Clips are level-matched so you hear tone, not volume, and the curves are measured from them. Hover the graph or drag the slider to blend the chain in.

How it works

From two files to a chain you can open.

Step 1

Drop two files

A reference vocal you love and your own dry take. Only have the full song? It can pull the vocal out first.

Step 2

Measure both

It compares tone, level, dynamics and space, and finds where your take and the reference disagree.

Step 3

Build the chain

It picks plugins and writes the settings: EQ moves, compression, saturation, de-essing, reverb and delay sends.

Step 4

Render and export

The chain is rendered and measured against the reference, then exported as an FL Studio preset.

Why Mirrotone

Built from your voice, not a preset pack.

Rendered, not guessed

The chain is played through real plugins and measured against your reference before you see it. If a check doesn't finish, the chain is marked as a draft.

Starts from your take

It listens to your dry vocal first, so a bright voice doesn't get more air piled on and an even take doesn't get squashed.

Yours to tweak

FAQ

Before you ask

Which DAW does it work with?

FL Studio today. Every chain also comes with its full settings, so you can rebuild it anywhere, but the one-click preset is FL-only for now.

Do I need to own the plugins?

To load the exported preset, yes. It points at plugins installed on your machine. Mirrotone knows FL Studio's stock effects as well as popular third-party plugins.

How do reverb and delay come out?

Inserts come as one preset, in order. Each send effect comes as its own preset file in the same download, ready to drop on a send track.

Does it replace a mix engineer?

No. It gets your vocal chain to a strong starting point based on the reference and shows its reasoning, so you can take it further or hand it to someone who will.

How do I get in?

Leave your email below. We're letting producers in a few at a time, and when a spot opens you'll get an invite by email.

Bring a reference. Leave with the chain.

Mirrotone is invite-only while we tune it with a small group of producers. Leave your email and we'll send an invite when a spot opens.

Windows first. Invites go out a few at a time.
